We offer automated website audits that analyze:

Audit Scope:
Each audit performs:
- Deep analysis of your homepage across 75+ technical metrics
- Supplementary checks of related pages (blog, contact, about) for content freshness and site-wide indicators
- Domain-level analysis including domain age, expiry, and security configuration
Note: We do not perform full sitemap crawls or analyze every page on your website. Each credit covers one comprehensive homepage audit with supplementary checks.
How it works:
- You submit a website URL and your email
- We analyze the site (usually takes less than 5 minutes)
- We email you a detailed report

- Credits are purchased via Stripe (secure payment processing)
- Credits are loaded to your account immediately after payment
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are consumed when you run an audit

Refund Policy

- Calculation: (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Purchase Price
No Refund:
- After 14 days from purchase
- All credits used
- Promotional or free credits

Automatic Credit Refunds
If an audit fails due to technical issues, your credit is automatically refunded:

- Website timeout
- Website blocked our bot
- Website unreachable
- SSL certificate errors
- Server errors (500, 502, 503)
- Our system errors
❌ Non-refundable:
- Invalid URL format (user error)
- Audit completed but low score (valid result)
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback with your bank has serious consequences: All credits revoked, account suspended, and fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban.

Important Limitations

We provide reports "as is" - meaning:
- We cannot guarantee accuracy - Our automated analysis may miss issues or report false positives
- We cannot guarantee your site will improve - Following our recommendations is your decision and responsibility
- We cannot guarantee availability - The service may be slow, down, or unavailable sometimes
- We cannot guarantee SEO results - Your rankings depend on many factors beyond our analysis
In plain English: Our tool is helpful, but it's not perfect. Always verify findings before making changes to your website.

You are responsible for:
- Verifying our audit findings are accurate
- Testing recommendations before implementing them
- Any changes you make to your website based on our report
- Making sure you have permission to audit the websites you submit
We are not responsible if:
- Our audit misses an issue
- Our recommendations don't work for your specific site
- You implement a suggestion and something breaks
- You lose money, traffic, or rankings
Your Responsibilities
You Must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide a valid email address
- Only audit websites you own or have permission to audit
- Not abuse the service (excessive requests, automated spam, etc.)
You Must NOT:
- Use our service for illegal purposes
- Try to hack or break our service
- Submit thousands of requests to overwhelm our servers
- Resell our reports as your own service
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to prevent abuse (e.g., hundreds of audits per hour, automated spam). Normal business use is fine.
If you need high-volume auditing for legitimate purposes, contact us.
Liability & Legal Protection
Maximum we'd owe you: The amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently $0).
We are not liable for: Lost profits, damage to your website, or consequences of following recommendations.
Your Protection of Us (Indemnification)
If someone sues us because of something YOU did (e.g. you audit a competitor without permission), you agree to cover our legal costs and take responsibility for your actions.
Public Features & Your Consent
Public Leaderboard (Opt-In)
If you participate, your URL and score will be public. Opt-in is required. You can opt-out anytime.
Embeddable Badge
If you embed the badge, your score becomes public on your site. You control where it appears.
Intellectual Property
- You own: Your website content and your audit reports
- We own: Our software, analysis algorithms, and service
